Baseheads 12" frozen pizza base bianco

Our premium 12-inch (30 cm) par-cooked pizza bases are made with a blend of organic Australian wheat, inlcuding fresh milled Australian organic wheat grain and topped with a simple dairy-free bechamel sauce. Our authentic Neapolitan style bases are fermented for 48 hours, frozen, hermetically sealed, and ready for you to create the ultimate pizza. Frozen, these bases keep up to 3 months.

To finish, top with your favourite ingredients (recipes coming soon!) and bake 220C for 7-9 mins for a crunchy finish or 265C for 3-4 min for a softer finish.
