Our premium 12-inch (30 cm) par-cooked pizza bases are made with a blend of organic Australian wheat, inlcuding fresh milled Australian organic wheat grain and DOP San Marzano marinara sauce. Our authentic Neapolitan style bases are fermented for 48 hours, frozen, vacuum-sealed, and ready for you to create the ultimate pizza. Frozen, these bases keep up to 3 months.
To finish, top with your favourite ingredients (recipes coming soon!) and bake 220C for 7-9 mins.
